一、过滤棉系列

1、 初效过滤棉

产品特性：由特殊抗断裂的PET有机合成纤维制造而成，是一种高密度的滤料；不含硅，能够抵抗诸如化学溶剂、酸性烟雾等化学物质的影响；由高性能、高强度的合成纤维制成，利用逐级加密多层技术；兼具高容尘量和低初阻的特点，经济实用；符合防火分类标准欧洲DIN53438-F1和美国UL900-Class2 。

应    用：用于制造板式和袋式过滤器，作为污染较重的一般通风设备和空气控制系统作为预过滤或初过滤使用。

Specialty: ·Made of Anti-fractured PET organic synthetic fiber.

2、喷漆房顶篷棉

产品特性：该系列顶棉主要应用于表面喷涂行业，专门为喷漆室末端过滤而设计，由抗断裂的合成纤维构成的高性能无纺布加工而成；递增结构，即往纯净空气方向的纤维密度逐渐增大，较高过滤效率，延长使用寿命；粘性处理，因粘剂完全渗透介质而使尘埃粒子无法通过；符合欧洲和美国防火分类标准DlN53438-F1，UL900－class2；耐湿性强，可达100%相对耐湿度。

应    用：用于涂装工厂、喷漆房、烤漆房等空气过滤。适用于汽车厂、汽车修理厂、摩托车厂、自行车厂、家电涂装作业系统。

3、玻璃纤维棉漆雾毡

产品特性：应用于表面喷涂高质量漆雾过滤；捕捉率高，尤其适合应用开热回收系统；高强度的玻璃纤维递增结构；迎风面为绿色，出风面为白色。低压缩性能保持其外型不变，使其过滤纤维完全有利于储存油雾灰尘。难燃性,可耐温170℃。压缩包装在运输上可节省运费及储存空间，放松后仍可恢复原来状态。外框搭配可选择纸外框和镀锌铁框或铝合金框材质。 

应    用：一般空调系统的粗尘过滤,干式喷漆台，汽车喷漆房的排气系统，减少对环境的污染，环保。（用于各种工业用途，如防治污染、公共建设、空调业、电子业、制药业、食品业等）

Specialty: ·Application of high quality paint mist filtration on surface.

        ·High capture rate, especially suitable for the application of heat recovery system.

        ·Low compression performance to maintain its shape unchanged, so that the filter fiber is conducive to the storage of oil mist dust.

4、进口阻燃过滤棉

产品特性：采用进口阻燃纤维，是一种结构性的环保阻燃产品；棉体富有弹性，可以反复清洗使用，容尘量大，使用寿命长；采用递增结构，即往纯净空气方向的纤维密度逐渐增大；可完全替代同类进口产品；符合欧洲和美国防火分类标准DlN53438-F1，UL900－class2。

应    用：用于制造各种空气过滤设备的预过滤，用于板式过滤器和袋式过滤器。

5、耐高温过滤棉

产品特性：采用芳纶（Aromatic polyamide）合成纤维以非织物迭合制成，风阻小，透气性好，性能稳定耐化学性强。性能稳定，可在220℃高温下长期使用而不老化，而且尺寸稳定性极佳，在250℃左右的热收缩率仅为1％，短时间暴露于300℃高中也不会收缩、脆化、软化或者融熔，只在370℃以上的开始分解，400℃左右开始碳化。高温过滤棉阻燃性能佳，不自燃，不助燃，有自熄性，火烧不溶滴，产生少量烟雾，自然碳化，无由玻纤带来的纤维断裂，掉纤维等现象。

用    途：广泛用于高烟道和热空气过滤，既能有效除尘，又能抵抗有害烟雾的化学侵蚀，过滤高温烘房中产生的焦油、煤烟、灰尘等颗粒以防破坏物品表面油漆质量。

Specialty: ·Made of non overlapping, small wind resistance, good air permeability, stable performance, strong chemical resistance.

        ·Only at the beginning of more than 370℃ decomposition, about 400℃ charring begins.
